@ Genie : These tiny chairs belong to a "street clown" who makes his show on this brigde on sundays. He lines up the chairs, so the children can sit. And as he does so, he "delimits" his stage to perform on. I wanted to take a picture of him, but the show was over. Maybe next time. Or maybe, you take the photo next time ! :-)
